**Exchange & Return Policy**

1. Exchange Initiation
Customers can initiate exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Maintaining stringent hygiene standards for our products is of utmost importance.

2. Conditions for Return
Houseware retains the right to decline the return of products under the following conditions:
- If we suspect that the products are being returned after use, washed, or soiled.
- If the products are damaged, except in cases where the return is due to initially delivered damaged goods.

3. Reverse Pickup
We will only arrange for reverse pickups of products once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, kindly provide images to the Customer Support team. We will respond after confirmation by the Customer Experience Team. Once confirmed, we will schedule the reverse pickup of the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your request. Please ensure that when returning the product, the packaging remains intact, just as it was delivered to you.

4. Delivery Partners
As we do not operate our own delivery service, we rely on trusted delivery partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

5. Exchange Charges
For exchanges, please note that the delivery partner charges us for the reverse pickup from your location, as well as for delivering the new product back to you. As these charges are incurred both ways, we kindly ask our customers to cover the one-way charge of ₹100 (This amount will be reimbursed to your store wallet after the completion of a product quality check).

6. Refunds for Sale Items
In the event that an order placed during a sale is returned, a refund will be issued only for the amount you originally paid, not the current product price.

7. Store Wallet Credit
When returning an order, the credited amount will be added to your wallet. The minimum refund time is 7 to 10 days.

8. Order Cancellation
Please be advised that once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reversed. To proceed, a new order must be placed. Once an order enters the processing status, cancellation is no longer possible.

9. Order Modifications
For modifications to an order before it is shipped, kindly contact us directly via phone. We will do our best to assist you. However, please note that changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been shipped.
