1. Exchange Initiation
• Customers may initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, only unused, unwashed, and unsoiled products are eligible.
2. Conditions for Return
We reserve the right to decline a return under the following circumstances:
• If the product appears used, washed, or soiled.
• If the product is returned damaged (except in cases where it was delivered to you in a damaged condition).
3. Reverse Pickup Process
• Reverse pickups will be arranged only after approval from our Customer Experience Team.
• If you receive a defective product, please share clear images with our support team.
• Upon confirmation, we will schedule the pickup within 7 days.
• Please ensure that the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
4. Delivery Partners
• We partner with reliable couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to handle your deliveries and returns.
5. Exchange Charges
• Exchange requests involve two shipments — pickup of the old product and delivery of the new one.
• Customers are required to cover a one-way shipping fee of ₹100.
• This amount will be credited back to your store wallet once the product passes our quality check.
6. Refunds for Sale Items
• If you return a product purchased during a sale, your refund will reflect the price you paid at the time of purchase, not the current price.
7. Store Wallet Credit
• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as store wallet credits.
• Processing time is typically 7–10 business days.
8. Order Cancellation
• Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reversed. A new order must be placed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once they move into the processing stage.
9. Order Modifications
• For modifications before shipping, please contact us by phone immediately.
• Once an order is shipped, modifications are not possible.
